Once I found my room, tucked away, I was disappointed, the room was booked with a kitchen but the stove top was outdated, rusty and the oven looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The fridge was clean but obviously cleaners did not check the freezer as there was a left over meal in there. I ate at the restaurant the first night and could not fault anything, service and food great. I went to the restaurant a few nights later, different waitress that had zero personality, ordered a medium to well steak it was almost rare when I sent it back the waitress said I ordered you a medium!!!! Definitely will not be back 😡😡😡

Upon arrival, I actually thought that they charged locals by the half hour! When I got to my room, it appeared fairly spacious, but severely dated. The bathroom had black mould in the corners of the ceiling. The restaurant is once again, extremely dated and the food was pretty average.

This location is OK. Comfy bed & a good shower. Some minor maintenance issues in the room were addressed same day, none were show stoppers, notified to owner as a courtesy more than anything else really. Restaurant for breakfast also OK. This venue is reasonably priced and services match but is in need of a bit of tlc. Pool looks nice, tennis court is too worn and damaged surface to use. When the bypass of Coffs Harbour is complete this location will also get an uplifts hopefully this venue does too.

Good choice for a comfortable stay.
This is an older style accomodation. However the room and bathroom was very spacious. The facilities were more than adequate. The owners/managers were very helpful
